Norbert Tarayre: godfather of Epikurium

Norbert Tarayre revealed in season 3 of Top Chef on M6, in 2012, is a well-known face in the world of cooking and television. (Best bakery in France...). He has also opened several restaurants, particularly around the concept of "bistronomy". Since October 2023, he has been at the head of the 19.20 restaurant at the Prince de Galles, a 5-star hotel establishment in Paris.

Another sponsor is announced: Alain Tourdon : the head of the Orangerie - Georges V in Paris who will supervise the various competitions.

  • Dates and times : Epikurium will take place on March 7, 8 and 9, 2025. Opening hours are from 14:00 p.m. to 23:30 p.m. on Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. on Saturday in the Trois Provinces space, until 23:30 p.m. in the Pont-du-Buy room and on Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. 
  • Location : Space of the Three Provinces and Room of the Pont du Buy.
  • Price : free entry.
  • Parking : free parking is available near the Espace des Trois Provinces for visitors and exhibitors, subject to availability.
