The association of passionate chefs the Tables Gaillardes offers you a meal on the theme of truffles.
This meal will be served under a marquee near the show on Friday evening.

Meal organized by the Toques Blanches du Limousin on March 8
"Confidential dinner" proposed by David BOYER, best worker in France and member of the "Toques Blanches du Limousin", reserved for around forty people is offered on Saturday March 8.
- The concept: a 6-course Michelin-starred gourmet meal with food and wine pairing worked with a sommelier.
- Signature of a plate by Alan TAUDON President of the Epikurium 2025 jury and starred chef at the Orangerie - George V (Paris).
- The location and menu are kept secret until the big day.
- Two hours before the start of the meal, guests will receive the geolocation of the evening. Several clues will be hidden during the week preceding the event. However, do not worry, food allergies and intolerances are taken into account following the reservation of customers.

Gala dinner by David Boyer on March 09
On Sunday lunchtime, a gala meal will be organized by the Meilleur Ouvrier de France David BoyerThe menu will be signed by Oscar Garcia, starred chef of the Cueillette restaurant in Altillac (19).
This formula (starter, main course and dessert) will be inspired by local dishes such as trout, veal and apple. The meal will be served with drinks (aperitif, water, wine and coffee).

Born in Saint-Junien, David grew up in the unspoiled nature of Haute-Vienne where he was introduced from a very young age to generous and varied local cuisine.
From the kitchens of the Pavillon Ledoyen, to the Taillevent Group, via the Maison Pic in Valence, David has continued to perfect his art alongside great names in French gastronomy.
In 2007, David was recognized by the Gault et Millau guide as a young talent from Limousin.
Then in 2014, his work was praised by the prestigious Michelin guide. As a young chef, he obtained a star in just 18 months at the Château de la Cazine located in Creuse.
2018 will be a year marked by a new professional challenge for the Chef, during which he wins the world championship of hare à la royale in Romorantin and reaches the final of the “Un des meilleurs ouvriers de France” competition.
2022 was the year of consecration with the accession to the rank of One of the Best Craftsmen of France in the Cuisine Gastronomy category.
Today, David is at the head of his eponymous catering service, and writes the menus for the Grand Large establishments located on the island of Oléron and the Villa Mauresque in Saint-Raphaël with his consulting company.

Originally from Toulouse, Oscar Garcia has gained solid experience alongside big names in gastronomy, such as Dominique Toulousy and Franck Putelat.
In 2014, at just 25 years old, he obtained his first Michelin star while managing La Maison d'Uzès, becoming one of the youngest Michelin-starred chefs in France.
Since 2022, Oscar Garcia and his partner Julie Pons have welcomed you to the Cueillette restaurant, located in the La Raufie manor, in Altillac, in Corrèze. Nestled in the heart of the Dordogne valley, this gastronomic establishment enhances local and seasonal products, often from their own vegetable garden. Their respectful approach to the terroir earned them a star in the Michelin Guide in 2024.
