The Christmas period is a beautiful time to enjoy and have fun without moderation. This is why this year again, numerous festivities will make the eyes of young and old alike shine in the city center of Brive-La-Gaillarde! The Christmas parade, the gourmet market, the rides are only part of the entertainment planned in Brive.

The Media Library offers children the opportunity to attend workshops and shows:

Saturday 7th and 14th December : children can come to the city center Media Library from 15 p.m. to 16:30 p.m. to write a nice letter to Santa Claus. Register at 05 55 18 17 50 and from 2 years old.
Wednesday December 11: “Bouts de ficelle et sorciers” show at 15 p.m. at the Michel Dumas Media Library. Free entry upon reservation at 05 55 18 27 69. Duration of the show: 50 minutes. This show is suitable for children aged 5 and over.

Meet the mischievous elves of downtown

This year, merchants adhering to thetrade office have prepared 4 treasure hunts for you! One per week in four different neighborhoods with each time 150€ of gift voucher to be won as well as a sack filled by the merchants.

The goal of the game, each week: you will have to find the number of mischievous elves hidden in the neighborhood! Clues will be given to you via their Instagram account @officeducommercedebrive. Once the number is found, simply comment on the Instagram post to participate. The draw will take place at the end of the week among the correct answers.

Conservatory Advent Calendar

From December 1 to 23, the conservatory offers a 100% cultural advent calendar. Every day, an artistic performance is offered for 15 to 20 minutes in different places in the city. Students from the music, dance and theater classes perform in places such as the city's residential homes, socio-cultural centers, the Restos du Coeur, the hospital, schools, the city's cultural sites, the stadium, the Gaillarde hall, the gourmet market, etc. Some of these events are not really open to the public, they are thought of as a gift offered to an audience that they will meet in "their" place. But the others are in public places open to all, find them in theagenda throughout the week.

Lovely Brive Festival: find the golden tickets hidden in the decorations

The Lovely Brive Festival invites you from July 17 to 20 to live a unique experience for 4 days in the heart of the city of Brive at the Parc des 3 Provinces. This urban, family and feminine festival welcomes each year the best artists of the French and international scene for 30 hours of concerts in total in a totally immersive setting. All the ingredients to party with family or friends in complete safety. For the 3rd consecutive year, the organizers wanted to spoil you for Christmas by hiding some "golden tickets" (places to win) for the festival in the decorations of the city.
