American women crossed the ocean to discover our Grasse Fairs

Saturday March 2 took place the last Grasse Fair of the season. This one had the theme of Foie Gras and if it makes you want some, know that you are not the only ones: they crossed the ocean to come and feast here with us!

What could be more rewarding for our territory than to benefit from such notoriety?

Program of visits

The Brive-La-Gaillarde market and the Grasse Fairs

Eight Americans passionate about cooking and gastronomy interacted with us for nearly 4 months to create a gourmet stay with the main objective of visiting our famous Brive-La-Gaillarde market and his last Grasse Fair.

A succession of magnificent discoveries (group leader)

Visits, tastings... and cooking workshops

On the menu of their trip “a succession of magnificent discoveries” as the group leader told us: visits, tastings and walks to digest well. Over 3 days, we took them to several of our must-see places and recommended good restaurants. A chef even gave them a cooking class focused on local products and according to the feedback we had received: it was also unanimous!

Porcini mushrooms, foie gras, truffles, liqueurs, these are all products that they took with them in their luggage…
