It’s Beaujolais Nouveau week….

Tasting Beaujolais Nouveau and possibly other primeur wines on the 3rd Thursday of November has become an institution. This year, it will be the 21th November that we will delight our taste buds with these beverages. What qualities will we find in it this year? Fruity nose, smooth and tangy mouth, ruby red color? Whatever the case, Beaujolais delights many epicureans at this time of year.

How to taste Beaujolais?

To taste Beaujolais, you have the choice: take advantage of our bars to discover it in good company, or choose a restaurants, a brasserie which offers to combine this early wine with traditional dishes.

Finally, you can get some good wines from our wine merchants who will advise you according to your preferences. They themselves planned to organize thematic evenings.

And to accompany these strong-character wines, don't hesitate to make our typical Corrèze dish: my what and the salty little one!

The Causse Brewery offers you two Beaujolais evenings on Thursday and Friday: on Thursday you can celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau with the group "Appelle tes Copains" and discover a great selection from authentic winegrowers as well as several Beaujolais beers. On Friday it will be Beaujolais Pas Nouveau! For the occasion the Brasserie went to find some lovely biodynamic skittles in Beaujolais. The Lissac Relay celebrates Beaujolais nouveau on November 21 from 19:30 p.m. and offers a €25 menu with perfect eggs in a cocotte meurette style, half a farm roasted chicken, rustic homemade fries and old-fashioned mayonnaise, pastis with caramelized apples from Corrèze....
