This artisanal distillery, run by the Bellet family, specializes in the production of liqueurs and syrups emblematic of French terroirs, using mountain plants and fruits from the southwest of France.
In 2023, as the distillery has just celebrated its 100th anniversary, Ronan Chastanet, great-grandson of the founder, is committed to keeping the know-how of the Bellet distillery alive and contributing to the history of a committed, human-sized company.

The Pleinefage Farm, won the gold medal at the 2025 Salon de l'Agriculture for its smoked duck breast. This exceptional product is the fruit of the passionate work of the Tibier family, who raise their ducks outdoors and in accordance with local tradition.
The smoked duck breast from Ferme de Pleinefage is made using traditional methods passed down from generation to generation. The duck is raised in ideal conditions, free-range, and fed with natural cereals. Once the duck is slaughtered, the duck breast is delicately smoked with beech wood, which gives it a unique taste and a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
