Caussinades is the contraction of Causse, and laughs. The Festival was created in 2017 as part of the famous Belveyre Fair. At that time not so long ago, the organizers were thinking about additional original entertainment. No comedy festival in the area, the idea was born.
The Les Caussinades association aims to organize a traveling humor festival featuring several young artists, but also to shine a spotlight on the beautiful villages of the Causse Corrézien.
Also, over the years, the Festival has occurred in Noailles, in Turenne, in Saint Pantaléon de Larche, until Covid arrived. Today, François Picard, President of the association would like to settle in one of the villages of the Causse, whose headquarters is in Nespouls.
The Caussinades have already welcomed well-known names from the comedy scene, such as Thierry Garcia, Daniel Camus, Olivier Lejeune, François Gaudéon, etc.
Pierre Aucaigne se will perform on October 12th in Turenne and will present his show "Cessez"
