The 2023 women's Tour de France will cross Corrèze and will highlight two of the most beautiful villages in France on July 25: Collonges-La-Rouge (start of the 3rd stage) and Saint-Robert.
Inaugurated in 2022, this new edition of the Tour de France women will leave from Clermont-Ferrand and reach Pau after a week and a passage in the Pyrenees (July 23 - 30, 2023).
After a brief incursion into Corrèze on July 24, and more precisely in Bort-Les-Orgues during the second stage, the riders will arrive in Nouvelle-Aquitaine on Tuesday July 25. Indeed, the 3rd stage will lead the peloton from Collonges la Rouge à Montignac-Lascaux.
This 147 km event will highlight two villages classified among the most beautiful in France: Collonges-La-Rouge et Saint-Robert. The stage will also pass through Perpezac-le-Noir and Arnac-Pompadour.
From 10am on 25/07 and all day long, there will be entertainment for the whole family: local producers' market, music groups, cycling-related activities, catering areas, live broadcast on a giant screen of the day's stage.
The medieval village of St-Robert, located on the heights of Yssandonnais, will also be crossed by cyclists. Don't miss the magnificent panoramas visible from the gardens behind the church and the historical circuit which allows you to discover many noble houses.
While waiting for the Tour de France to pass through Corrèze, you can take part in an organized cycling trip May 28: lin Collonges-La-Rouge - St-Robert which will take you to the Corrèze circuit of this summer's Tour de France Femmes.
It is not a competition but a discovery of the circuit. There will therefore be no classification.
