Bruno Courivaud was not destined to become a cheesemaker. Initially in commerce, he decided to change profession for the love of cheese. He offers a wide selection of French, Spanish, Italian and Swiss cheeses.

Cheesemaker, producer and refiner, Bois d'Amalthée is a story of friends that was born in 1996, in the Lot. Producers of goat or half-goat cheeses 100% raw milk, from their farm producer of Rocamadour in the South-West but also refiners that they make in their own workshop. Over the course of their activity, they have built up a large network of partners that they offer you in their shop.
