Pleinefage Farm

Thierry and Caroline Tribier welcome you to the Pleinefage farm, in the town of Paulin, for a visit to their cannery in which they process the fatted ducks raised and force-fed on site in their preparation room.
All year round, you can also attend a force-feeding demonstration, followed by an aperitif-tasting. Does this appetizer make you want to know more?
Thierry and Caroline offer “foie gras” courses during which you will learn how to cut a duck and make confits, pâtés, stuffed necks and other duck breasts.
Another attraction of the farm is its location on the Périgord walnut route: discover the different ways of preparing and tasting walnuts (kernels, walnut wine, sauces, cakes, etc.).
Sale in the markets of Brive, St-Geniès and Salignac or in our shop “Les Fermiers Sarladais” in Sarlat.
