Restaurateur and market gardener, we cook our own vegetables. In complete transparency, the restaurant terraces overlook our 1,5 hectare agricultural estate, cultivated using organic farming. We offer our guests the opportunity to rediscover the flavor of local products that have never traveled, and are expertly cooked before your eyes. Here, everything is homemade and respects the terroir: Meats, Fish, Cheeses, Wines are carefully selected within 100 km
