Our apple press is part of tradition but also modernity by offering you fast service and high yield for your apples. In less than an hour, you leave with your juice pasteurized and packaged in 3 liter cubes. For each kilo of apples, 0,6-0,7 liters of juice are obtained.
The Manoir de Saint-Bazile has a belt press which allows both processing small quantities for individuals, guaranteeing everyone to have their own apple juice, but also adapting to the needs of professionals with a processing capacity of 1 ton/h.
We also produce our own apple juice.
