La Rhumerie Gaillarde is an artisanal factory of arranged rums, “Finish”, Vieux Rhums.
The production of Arrangés requires a maceration period of several months to allow all the aromas to express themselves, the “Finish” and Vieux Rhums rums require longer aging periods of a minimum of 12 months to 10 years for the most mature rums. old.
The quality of Rhumerie Gaillarde products is a priority: the fresh fruits used in our recipes are chosen with care and experience, from as many local producers as possible, the materials also come from short quality supply chains. The emphasis is placed on the quality of the blends and the selection of barrels for the creation of exclusive and unique aging varieties. They are made from classified rums from the Caribbean and Guadeloupe.
Open Thursday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 15 p.m. to 19 p.m.
