Nico's Workshop

Nicolas Blanchard, who runs L'Atelier de Nico under the Gaillarde hall, roasts his own coffee from his home in Chasteaux where he has set up a room in the attic of his house. He invites you to visit his workshop and discover roasting every Monday by appointment.
