2022 Canoe-Kayak World Championships

Beginners or experts, set sail with your paddle towards the Canoe-Kayak World Championships from June 3 to 6, 2022 in Treignac. The Vézère is an excellent playground for testing your abilities.
Program :
Nearly 250 athletes and 35 nations are waiting for you to admire their performances. Official training begins on May 30 and competition on June 3. Many evening events are planned from June 2.

Where to go canoeing?
Beginner or experienced canoe-Kayak enthusiast, you too can test your abilities on the Vézère and enjoy our 100% Gaillard play area.
Alone or in a team, come and exercise at the Sports and Leisure BASE Vézère, located at the Saillant de Voutezac which offers various water activities, including canoeing. The waters of the Vézère river are calmer here than in Treignac and therefore more conducive to learning.
Other activities to discover:
The Base also offers numerous land and artistic activities. Whether you want to get high in the air by doing the Via Ferrata, have a mustache in the wind using mountain bikes or want to play Robin Hood with archery... This place which offers many activities will know satisfy young and old to have a good time.

- Canoeing can be practiced from 7 years old. You must know how to swim.
