The most fun of sporting events will be held in Brive on Sunday June 30!

Do you like sport, surpassing yourself, celebrating and eating well, all in a natural and preserved setting? Look no further, the fun getaway is the event for you! On the program of the hiking, Moutain Bike, urban trail, gravel but also routes cycling. There is something for all tastes and all levels!
Presentation
The event will be held for its first edition in Brive, in the Parc de la Guierle. The departures and arrivals of all disciplines except hiking will therefore take place from this village where the atmosphere promises to live up to the reputation of Les Gaillards. The hike will leave from Sainte Féréole or Donzenac depending on the route and will also arrive in the Guierle park in Brive.
Beyond the sporting aspect, the aim of the event is to introduce you to the nuggets of the built and natural heritage of which our territory abounds. Unprecedented passage through visiting sites, crossing of preserved natural areas, discovery of small charming villages... I promise you will have as much fun for your eyes as for your calves!

To date, the distances are given as an indication, they may be modified.
- Walk : 2 courses
12 km (from Ste-Féréole)
24 km (from Donzenac, altitude difference: 540 m).
Bus travel possible from Brive to get to the departures: from Quai Tourny (in front of the Hôtel Le Quercy) at 6:30 a.m. for Donzenac and at 7:30 a.m. for Ste-Féréole.
Possibility of taking a dog on the bus.

Free starter kit
Each participant will receive a starter kit. The latter will be collected at Intersport Brive store between June 15 and 29 (a corner will be identified in the store). The kit includes, among other things, a bracelet.
Wearing a bracelet is compulsory on the big day!
Don't forget to wear the bracelet on race day because it is essential: it serves as a bib!
Village entertainment
For young and old:
The village will be open to everyone: athletes, companions, passers-by... Activities will be offered throughout the day: inflatable games and creative workshops for children, sports initiations and many others! All to the sound of a wild band and around a refreshment bar for a 100% Gaillardia festive atmosphere!
Restoration :
3 food trucks will be present in the village from 11:30 a.m. to 16 p.m.:
- Come to mamers: chef's burgers + potatoes fried in duck fat or free-range roast chickens + potatoes fried in duck fat: €12 incl. VAT
- Saperlipopotte : Asian street food with bao (savory Asian buns). Stuffed with pork cooked in Asian style (also VG stuffing). Dish for less than 10 euros.
- The Kreole cauldron : 3 dishes of your choice

Our tips for preparing for the event:
- Make vocalizations regularly to be able to give voice and encourage other participants when they arrive
- Prepare yourself physically : do cardio, strengthen your legs but also your arms (the aperitif promises to be tough too)
- Growing a mustache (yes yes... it seems that it greatly improves performance)
- Come with all your energy and good humor!
