A united calendar
24 women from our region revealed themselves before the eye of volunteer photographer Carlos Matias, showcased by the creation of volunteer graphic designer, Julie Brouzès. We also asked 100% strong entrepreneurs to finance the operation and Les Imprimeurs Corréziens responded to our need by eliminating the manufacturing margin.
It is thus a collective adventure of which only our territory is capable, stronger together. We needed you to close this wonderful solidarity operation. Land of fellows and fighters, we collected €10 per calendar in favor of the Association: CORREZE CANCER REGISTRY.
The Corrèze Cancer Registry association
It is an association under the 1901 law created in 1996 by Dr LEDUC, former head of the Cancerology department and today it is Dr VAYRE Laure who is its President.
This association acts for the overall care of the patient, in fact the budgetary restrictions experienced by the hospital world do not give the medical staff the means to develop additional facilities for patients who stay in the oncology department of Brive. This association is made to provide comfort to each patient.
The association has implemented the following actions in recent years:
- A balneotherapy room with flotation bed and in-bed shower in hospital.
- Redevelopment of patios in the service.
- Creation of relaxation spaces (kitchen and rest room for families, libraries, etc.)
- Financing of part of the biographer's services (home travel as well as book reprography work are covered by the association).
- Wellness workshops for patients and all the products necessary for the beautician are provided by the association.
By purchasing this calendar, you are an active member of this association's future projects, don't hesitate!
Results of this operation:
It is in the presence of our elected officials and all the stakeholders involved in this operation that we had the honor of presenting a check for €11000 to the Corrèze Cancer Registries association represented by Doctor Laure Vayre .
This money will support support actions intended for
patients in hospital at the Brive cancer department, such as the establishment of a “Sports activities” space with adapted machines and the support of a coach for patients who wish to resume physical activity.
THANK YOU to each of you for this great adventure, we were able to see that the 100% guy brand united in the broad sense and that our territory was indeed a land of guys... Stronger together
