La Banou is a craft brewery in the heart of Brive-la-Gaillarde created by a couple of engineers: Eva and Jean-Charles.
After discovering the world of microbreweries in Quebec, they decided to settle in Corrèze where Jean-Charles has his family roots in order to share their passion for this multifaceted quality product.
But then why such a name for a beer? Well, who hasn't known a cow named La Banou in their countryside? It's a bit like La Marguerite du Corrézien, and for us it was especially Jean-Charles' grandmother's favorite cow. She was both beautiful and mischievous. You could easily let yourself be charmed, but if you weren't careful, watch out for the shock!
