Exhibition: The magic of electricity (Labenche Museum)

The theme of the new exhibition at the Labenche museum is unexpected to say the least. And yet... The Magic of Electricity builds a bridge between art and technology, aimed at specialists as well as the general public, and offers different levels of reading, from the most accessible to the most advanced.
Numerous 19th century devices intended for experiments and demonstrations of physical phenomena are presented, such as electrostatic machines but also the first industrial applications such as the electric telegraph or telephony.
