We offer you local cuisine, regional Corrèze cuisine revisited in the chef's style and cuisine from elsewhere, Mexican cuisine practiced by Benoît in his hometown of Bourges for 7 years.
All our dishes are prepared with as many local producers as possible and prepared by the chef in his kitchen.
