In the region of Brive, we sit down to eat without being asked. How easy it is to admit that we have a crush on foie gras, duck breast, confit, suckling veal, porcini mushrooms, truffles, strawberries and other local wonders. And how tempting it is to enjoy it again and again!

We produce a number of renowned ingredients of South-West cuisine and French Gastronomy... The know-how of our farmers is alive: it draws on history and ancestral traditions but it is nourished by developments and current requirements: good taste and good product, preservation of nutritional values… and good value for money!

Because in good lands, we know how to raise and eat well, but we like to share and welcome... So, we respect the visitor and we benefit from good products at good prices.
