Limousin lamb is raised on a terroir benefiting from Protected Geographical Indication which brings together neighboring municipalities in 4 departments including Corrèze.

Our natural environment is conducive to sheep farming with reliefs varying from 80 m to 1 m altitude, significant rainfall, all installed on granite soil suitable for the installation of meadows. The sheep are often raised outdoors (000%) and the lamb benefits from quality milk which guarantees its flavor.

Limousin lamb is a high-end meat whose production is traditional, having been present on our land for at least three centuries.
