The brand is thus gaining enormous market shares: 19,5% of fruit juices in the fresh section, 62,4% of refrigerated compotes and even 47% of jams. Impressive, no?

We are talking to you about this giant of the food industry because the Gervoson-Chapoulart family, owner of the group, has set up its head office very close to here in Biars-sur-Cère in the Lot.

The Biars site has expanded and employs around 1400 people to produce 20 tonnes of jam per year.
Andros gradually conquered the rest of the world, particularly with its exports. Bonne Maman jam, produced entirely in Biars, is sent to more than 125 countries. The company therefore represents a major player in our economy.
