Where to buy entry tickets?

In the summer, the Padirac chasm is often full. Booking tickets online is therefore preferable if you already know what day and time you want to schedule your visit. Please note: holiday vouchers cannot be used online. Schedules and tickets: www.gouffre-de-padirac.com/fr/ 

Otherwise, you can buy your tickets on site for the slots available on the day of your arrival or for the following days. Holiday vouchers (ANCV only) are accepted at the physical ticket office.

Where to park at the Padirac chasm?

Several car parks are at your disposal. They are free and accessible to all vehicles. For motorhomes, only parking for the duration of the visit is authorized. For two-wheelers, no instructions are offered for storing your equipment.

Is the Padirac chasm easily accessible?

The site is partially accessible for wheelchairs. Because despite the presence of elevators, you still have to take many stairs once you reach the bottom. The visit will therefore be complicated for people with reduced mobility.

Furthermore, strollers are prohibited. You will therefore need to bring a baby carrier if you have a young child.

And finally, pets are not accepted.

What should you plan to visit the chasm?

With a constant temperature of 13°C at the bottom of the chasm, you need to bring warm clothing and if it rains (or if it rained the day before your visit), waterproof clothing. Your shoes must be suitable for walking on wet ground. 

Devices and telephones for taking photographs or videos are allowed (without flash) during the walk but prohibited during the boat trip. Selfie sticks are not accepted.

How does the visit to the chasm take place?

The total duration of the visit is 1h30, from the descent into the chasm to the underground walk in the different rooms. An audio guide (with several languages ​​available) will be given to you upon your arrival for the entire duration of the visit.

What services are offered on the site?

Three paid catering points are available to you. You can also opt for a picnic in the areas provided for this purpose within the site.

A play area for children is set up opposite the reception pavilion.

A boutique-bookstore will allow you to bring back souvenirs from the Padirac chasm.
