Hiking is certainly the most beautiful way to discover our beautiful environment. No matter your level of practice and whatever your preferred terrain, many paths are open to you.
We offer itineraries adapted to all levels and included in the Departmental Plan of Walking and Hiking Routes. Discover them, they are free to download.
You can start with the tour of Lake Causse (7km). You should allow 1 hour 15 minutes walking at a brisk pace or 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours for a leisurely stroll.
Also note the “Grande Randonnée de Pays” (GRP) of the Corrèze Causse,
So you will have understood, whether on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike, there is nothing like getting off the beaten track to discover the richness and beauty of our landscapes! So lace up your hiking shoes and awaken the guy in you!

Discover the mountain bike base | FFCT Causse-Saillant, located just ten kilometers from Brive, and seize the opportunity to ride in an amazing playground that will delight all those who enjoy this superb outdoor sport!
From Lissac-sur-Couze, on the banks of the Causse lake, the mountain bike base offers a wide variety of mountain bike circuits adapted to all practices! In total, there are 14 marked loops with varying distances and levels of difficulty (both technical and in terms of elevation) waiting for you. A multitude of paths, trails, "singles" (the single-track trails that many outdoor sports enthusiasts love so much!) trace the contours of an authentic mountain bike land!
From June to the end of August, you can rent mountain bikes and VTCs on site with or without electric assistance. Rental for 1/2 day or for the week.
