The Brive Book Fair is the unmissable literary event after the Paris Book Fair. On this page you will find everything you need to know about the Book Fair.
Where does the Book Fair take place?
This year and like last year, The Book Fair will take place essentially in two spaces: The Halle Georges Brassens and Place de la Guierle (1) (which are the emblematic places) and theSpace of the Three Provinces (2) (children’s literature and comics). Only spaced every 10 minutes of walking, this configuration allows for more airy paths.
Several emblematic places in the city center will also host events during the Book Fair: the library (major exhibition and meetings), the Open, the auditorium et the Labenche Museum.

Where to find your favorite author?
Find the plan of the Halle Georges Brassens and the Espace des Trois Provinces with the list of authors. This will make it easier for you to locate your favorite author.

The Book Fair will take place from Friday November 10 to Sunday November 12, 2023.
Book Fair opening hours
- Friday November 10: 10 a.m. to 20 p.m.
- Saturday November 11: 9 a.m. to 20 p.m.
- Sunday November 12: 9 a.m. to 18 p.m.
Prices for the Book Fair
Entrance to the Book Fair is free for everyone.
Things to know before going to the Book Fair
Backpacks are prohibited in the areas of the Fair.
