Take advantage of short supply chains to make your purchases:

Published on November 2, 2020 by Marie-Laure

Today, you have the opportunity to do your shopping in a short chain: from producer to consumer.

Since the COVID crisis, numerous initiatives have emerged: producers have organized themselves to offer direct sales. It is therefore the time to (re)discover our local producers and artisans as well as the richness and quality of their products.

Buy directly from producers

Map of the Chamber of Agriculture - Corrèze

You have the possibility of purchasing directly from the producer: for this, the Chamber of Agriculture has put online an interactive map of the producers from whom you can obtain supplies. It's time to enjoy good local products and show solidarity. Check out this map HERE. You will find the contacts of the producers to make your reservations and their specialties. This map is evolving and we invite you to consult it regularly.

New Aquitaine Platform

A platform for connecting local producers (fruit, vegetables, fresh produce, meat, etc.), agri-food professionals and consumers allows the first orders to be placed. How does it work? Nothing could be simpler: you register for free on https://plateforme.produits-locaux-nouvelle-aquitaine.fr/and after geolocating yourself, you will see the offer made to you.

Regular food markets

Markets take place throughout the week: Brive, Objat, Malemort, Larche, Allassac, Saint-Pantaléon-de-Larche.... Discover our dedicated section.

In summer, you can also buy your supplies directly from producers during country markets.

The Farmer’s Drive

The Farmer’s Drive is experiencing unprecedented popularity. Consumers know that these are quality products, coming from farmers and producers from Corrèze, also from Dordogne and Haute-Vienne, and which are monitored by the Chamber of Agriculture. Orders are made online, choosing from a catalog of around 1200 references. Meat, poultry, vegetables, fruit, dairy products, honey, bread, drinks, ready meals... Simply create your customer account, make your basket, pay in secure mode and choose your withdrawal slot. For the Brive Farmer's Drive, withdrawals are made on Friday afternoons in the Cana area, at the branch of the Corrèze Chamber of Agriculture, rue Jules-Bouchet, respecting protective distancing measures. Deliveries in the Brive basin are carried out on Saturdays. More information and orders on drive-fermier.fr/brive.
