Apple festival in Brive

• Presence of the association “ AOP Limousin apples »: setting up games for adults and children 
• Presence of the association of “ Apple Crunchers »: association which works for the preservation of old apple varieties and which presents old methods of cultivation, care... They will offer an exhibition of old varieties, tastings, a bookstore on pomology and the family orchard, various exchanges with the audience …. 

A big new feature:

• The creation of a giant apple pie. The Corrèze bakers have mobilized to create the largest possible pie! 20 meters? 50? 100? Result on October 21!

From 12 p.m., the restaurateurs of the Tables Gaillardes as well as restaurateurs who wish, offer an “apple flavor” menu in their establishments.

From 14 p.m.: return of traditional competition for the most beautiful apple pie reserved for children aged 6 to 12.
Winner selection criteria: originality, presentation, regularity, creativity and deliciousness
Prize giving at 18:00 p.m.

Children wishing to compete in making the most beautiful pie can register in one of the many businesses in the city center (see list below) starting October 6.
