What is Museum Night?
Museum Night is an annual cultural event that takes place in many countries around the world, usually in May. During this night, museums open their doors free of charge to the public in the evening, offering the opportunity to discover their collections and exhibitions in a different way.
On Museum Night, museums often offer special activities for visitors, such as guided tours, shows, workshops for children and film screenings. This night is also an opportunity for museums to present their collections in an original and fun way, for example using light shows or artistic installations.

Labenche Museum - Brive-La-Gaillarde :
- Free admission from 18 a.m. to 22 p.m.. The museum and the temporary exhibition will be entirely accessible for self-guided visits! A little surprise awaits young visitors for the Curiosities exhibition!
- From 18 p.m. to 20 p.m.: The Museum’s sound capsules : creating a sound environment around objects chosen by the students of the Arsonval high school in Brive, as part of the CHAEAC class.
