Tasting Beaujolais Nouveau and possibly other early wines on the 3rd Thursday of November has become an institution. What qualities will we find in him this year? Fruity nose, easy-drinking and tangy mouth, ruby red color? Whatever the case, Beaujolais delights many epicureans during this period.
