It’s Beaujolais Nouveau week….

Tasting Beaujolais Nouveau and possibly other early wines on the 3rd Thursday of November has become an institution. What qualities will we find in him this year? Fruity nose, easy-drinking and tangy mouth, ruby ​​red color? Whatever the case, Beaujolais delights many epicureans during this period.

How to taste Beaujolais?

To taste Beaujolais, you have the choice: take advantage of our bars to discover it in good company, or choose a restaurants,  a brasserie which offers to combine this early wine with traditional dishes.

Finally, you can get some good wines from our wine merchants who will advise you according to your preferences. They themselves planned to organize thematic evenings.

  • The Causse Brewery offers you two Beaujolais evenings Thursday and Friday: for the occasion the Brasserie went to unearth some pretty bio-dynamic skittles in Beaujolais. 2 evenings and 2 concerts (Call Tes Copains on Thursday and pop rock concert on Friday) with a good typical Beaujolais dish and its Paradis sauce.
