On the occasion of the next heritage days, we are offering you a selection of 4 outings suitable for children and therefore ideal for families! Culture, history, creation and games are on the program for this weekend which celebrates national heritage.

1. The treasure hunt...on the trail of the knights!

And not just anywhere... The Templar and Hospitaller Heritage network offers guided tours of the Mons commandery in Varetz which had not been open to the public since the French revolution! During the weekend, several guided tours of the commandery are offered. But we invite you to experience the one on Saturday September 16 at 17 p.m. which combines a 17 p.m. guided tour and a treasure hunt in the very heart of the commandery (2 hours in total)! 2. Spirou by Emile Bravo: between drawing and history

As part of the exceptional Spirou exhibition by Emile Bravo A childhood under the Occupation. the Michelet museum offers a workshop on Saturday September 16 from 15:30 p.m. to 17 p.m. to teach children (ages 8 to 12) how to draw the silhouettes of Spirou and Fantasio. Immediately, at 17 p.m., the museum's cultural mediator suggests explore the city of Brive in the footsteps of the resistance fighters who faced the Nazi regime. Practical information: for the workshop and the visit, reservations required at +05 55 74 06 08 XNUMX. 3. Re-discover the Colette Gardens

Take a guided tour! Saturday September 16 and Sunday September 17, two visiting slots are offered at 11 a.m. and 16 p.m. The opportunity to relive as a family the life of the writer Colette who lived for a few years in Corrèze (at the Château de Castel Novel). On the spot, games for children, vegetable labyrinth and tea room will euphorize this cultural outing.

Practical information : possibility of purchase on site. Price of €5/person and free for under-3s. Possibility of picnicking on site. Dogs are welcome, kept on a leash.

4. The living sound and light museum of Saint-Robert

40 years after the filming of the film “Des Grives aux Loups” adapted from the book by Claude Michelet, the historical fresco of Bridiers offers a nighttime show in Saint Robert bringing together 75 to 80 actors in period costume! This sound and light show will take place in the heart of one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in France”, in Saint-Robert, the emblematic location of the film.

Before the 21:30 p.m. show, a meal is offered at 19:30 p.m. in the heart of the village.
