Several productions from our region benefit from recognition promoting the work of our farmers, winegrowers or processors: a certain taste for authenticity, sharing of know-how and/or respect for the environment.

You will often hear a fellow say that we are full of good products and even excellent products: Meats, Fish, Fruits and Vegetables, Mushrooms, Condiments, Cheeses, Breads and Cakes, Wines and Spirits, Labels and Expressions with Nuts.

Is he too chauvinistic? Is the guy of bad “faith”? Our answer is NO! For what ?

The reputation of our products is well established. You just have to taste them to understand what they are. But in addition we have in our pocket a choice argument to justify the quality of our dishes: the labels.
