In Gaillardia lands, Objat is a Remarkable Site of Taste.

A Remarkable Site of Taste is a French label which recognizes the tourist and gastronomic appeal of certain towns, agri-food or traditional establishments. In 1995, a first list was drawn up by the ministries responsible for the environment, culture, tourism and agriculture. 100 remarkable sites of taste were recorded at the time. Today certain productions have disappeared or have lost quality. As a result, today the official list includes 71 remarkable sites of taste, including Objat with the milk-fed calf raised under the mother.
