Simple, quick, effective… The traditional dessert/snack in Limousin. Sometimes you don't have to look far for the right recipe to make on the go!

Boulegou or Bouligou has the advantage of combining local products, such as the Limousin apple (Golden d'altitude) and of being prepared in a short time...

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • Preparation time : 35 mins
  • Cooking time : 10 mins
  • To 2 people

Prep time

  • Stir all the ingredients
  • Leave to rest for half an hour.
  • Take two beautiful Limousin apples, peel them and cut them into quarters, then into slices…
  • In a pan, brown them and caramelize a little with two knobs of butter.
  • Pour your initial preparation into the pan so as to cover and hold together your apples.
  • Leave to cook without burning, turn over... wait for it to brown on this side as well, then serve warm
  • And with icing sugar, it's really classy!
