1kg of chestnuts
1 gousse de vanille
Milk
250g of butter
150g sugar
250g de chocolat noir

Prep time
Place 1kg of blanched chestnuts in a saucepan with a vanilla pod, cover with milk and cook until the milk is absorbed. Then pass through a potato masher, incorporating 250g of melted butter and 150g of caster sugar.
Melt 250g of dark chocolate, add half of the chestnut puree and pour the mixture into an oiled mold.
