Pumpkin gnocchi
With this recipe, your gnocchi pumpkin will go wonderfully with your poultry or other meats and can also be enjoyed as a dish in the evening.
In winter, you can reinterpret this classic recipe using a seasonal vegetable.

- 400 g pumpkin flesh
- 400 g flour
- Salt
- Pepper, nutmeg
- 50g Butter

Preparing pumpkin gnocchi
- Cook the pumpkin, previously cut into pieces, for 10 minutes in boiling water.
- Leave to drain for 2 hours.
- Mix and mix the pumpkin puree with the flour and nutmeg and form a ball.
- Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- Make the gnocchi. First of all, by forming small sausages of pasta, then cutting them regularly.

- Boil salted water and immerse the gnocchi. As soon as they rise to the surface, they are cooked. (around 10 mins).
- Melt the butter in a non-stick pan. Brown the gnocchi until browned.
- Season, salt, pepper and serve!
