Truffle omelette
After a long day at work or for a meal with friends, the omelette is the dish that adapts to all situations! But with noble products and especially truffles, it's even better...
A little piece of advice for the fellow: Don't forget that overcooking destroys the aromas.
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- A few black truffles (fresh or canned)
- Salt and pepper
- Preparation time : 35 mins
- Cooking time : 10 mins
- To 5 people
Preparing the truffle omelette
- In a salad bowl, break the eggs, add salt and pepper.
- Add the sliced truffles.
- Beat and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat the pan with a teaspoon of peanut oil. Once the pan is hot, pour in the mixture.
- Cook over high heat then serve the omelette.
