Rocamadour and its chapels dedicated to the Black Madonna and the abyss of Padirac, the largest in France, will amaze your group on this outing scheduled in half day.

Rocamadour, place of worship and exception

Large Midi-Pyrénées site, the city of Rocamadour, remarkable for its
8 chapels which make up the sanctuary dedicated to the Black Madonna since the Middle Ages, has been built in successive stages on the cliffside.

Accompanied by your tour guide, you enter the medieval city by the Fig tree door and take the Pilgrims’ Grand Staircase. Then it's time to explore rue de la Mercerie and place des Senhals. You will end your ascent with a visit to the sanctuaries and go up the Stations of the Cross to reach the castle which offers a breathtaking view.

Padirac, largest chasm in France

A 75m entrance shaft deep... or rather a
abyss! This is the first time that this incredible cavity has appeared before you! The Padirac chasm is none other than an immense, vertical and dizzying door, which invites you to pass in just a few minutes from the outside world to the underground world!

When one reaches the underground river, then begins the mysterious navigation over 500 meters, 103 meters underground. After disembarkation in the Rainy Lake room, the visit continues on foot, towards the Great Dome room, whose vault rises to 94 meters high with its Upper Lake located 27 meters above the river bed.
