Hello guys, Sunday March 17th is St. Patrick's Day! As at Brive Tourisme we love beer and Ireland, we will give you some suggestions so that everything is ready that day.
Before giving you all the good Irish tips in the country, a little history:
Saint Patrick is the story of an apostle who was quick to explain the concept of Christianity to the Irish with a clover. As Patrick was a little late (4 centuries to be exact), he took the opportunity to chase all the snakes (representing ancient beliefs) from the island.
A bit like if I explained the concept of experiential tourism to you with a flip-flop and suddenly your sunburn disappeared.
We are lucky to have brewers in Gaillardia lands. it's time to discover new products:
Time for a Brew (in Objat) invites you to unravel the mysteries surrounding the making of beer. You can participate in a 4-hour workshop during which you will brew a beer that suits you. (More information on 06 69 36 34 49)
There are many bars, cafes and pubs which liven up the evenings of Saint-Patrick*, even a little in advance...
*This list will be completed as information becomes available.
You will easily find some. And if you don't have an idea, we suggest one HERE.
Normally you are at the top to celebrate St. Patrick's Day! But one last piece of advice: do not overuse this beverage which can be harmful to your health if not consumed in moderation!
