Ingredients

  • 1 glass of kernels blended
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ glass of walnut oil
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • ½ glass of water
  • 1 baking powder
  • Salt
  • Preparation time : 10 mins
  • Cooking time : 50 mins
  • To 6 people

Prep time

  • Dissolve eggs and sugar, add white wine, a pinch of salt, the kernels passed in a blender, oil, yeast and flour.
  • Place in a buttered mold for 50 minutes in a medium oven.
